First level support is provided by ourselves, Pennine Computer Services. We are able to remotely monitor your account, checking everything from service status levels to making sure our customers are using correct logon details. If we cannot resolve the issue it is escalated to a dedicated support team responsible for the line provision who will work with PCS on your behalf. There are no call centres for you to call, just call us (Glossop number 01457 852852 - local/national rates apply) and we will resolve any issue for you.


FREE Activation.

Activation is a process carried out by BT to enable your phone line to use the Broadband service. This process is now absolutely free of charge.

FREE Migration.

Migration is simply changing from one broadband Service Provider to another. All you need is a MAC key from your existing ISP and we can transfer your account at no additional cost.

Unlimited Usage.

A lot of ISP's restrict usage in order to offer lower monthly fees. These restrictions may be in the form of a maximum download limit of 1 Gb of data per month or a maximum number of hours online allowed.

Blue Fusion has no restrictions, you can stay online for as long as you like and download as much as you like without worrying about incurring any additional costs.

Webspace Included.

Blue Fusion provide free webspace as part of the package (amount dependant upon the package chosen). You can create your own sub-domain, ie. www.yourname.blue-fusion.co.uk which will give you your own website. Then you have the option of building the site yourself or we can do that for you.
